Management experience in 8 industries in 30 years as managing director or division manager

Through my many years of work as managing director and department manager, I was able to gain extensive management experience in a total of 8 different industries. During these 30 years, I have worked successfully in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic packaging, energy, telecommunications, electronics, electrical engineering, automotive and pharmaceutical manufacturing industries. I also led an internal consulting organization of 60 consultants and trainers. The basis was laid through several years of leadership training up to the level of executive leader.

In modern times with artificial intelligence, global competition and other major transformation areas such as energy and climate change, the human factor plays an increasingly crucial role as the driver and leader of these transitions.

With my quick instinct for new industries and technologies, which I have learned many times, I can help entrepreneurs, executives and managers to reposition themselves and their organization for the respective challenges and lead them to sustainable success.
