Wienen-Consult is committed to the high quality standards of management consulting in Germany. The following quality requirements apply primarily to advice:

Paul Wienen, owner of Wienen-Consult management consultancy for SMEs, has many years of experience in quality management.


In particular, the training to become a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and the practical experience with this process-oriented quality management (QM) system as well as the experience with the QM system of the automotive industry IATS16949 as one of the most demanding QM systems should form the basis for an equally high quality standard in the Be a management consultancy.
