Wienen Consult is committed to the high quality standards of management consulting in Germany. The following quality requirements apply to consulting services:

Paul Wienen, owner of Wienen Consult, a management consultancy for SMEs, has many years of experience in quality management.
In particular, the training to become a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and the practical experience with this process-oriented quality management (QM) system as well as the experience with the QM system of the automotive industry IATS16949 as one of the most demanding QM systems should be the basis for an equally high quality standard in management consulting.
At Wienen Consult, the “Continuous Improvement” approach has also found its way into all areas of consulting work in order to achieve permanent improvement and further development of consulting services, supported by structured feedback and evaluations from clients and other participants in the consulting process, as well as by regular further training and education.
In addition, Wienen Consult was authorized by the Offensive Mittelstand (SME Initiative) to meet its high, medium-sized business-oriented quality standards.

Quality of service
Process
- The consulting service is viewed as a process whose phases are defined at the time of contract conclusion and which is subject to permanent joint monitoring with the client.

- A free initial consultation is always provided beforehand.
